Moser Madame Piquant

Its name implies

Its bloomy rind exudes an air of innocence, but its name implies otherwise. And indeed, the little cap with herbs conceals mango and chilli pepper below. Sitting sweetly in its aluminium dish, it awaits the coals or the grill patiently. Until it melts: untamed, aromatic and fruity, a little minx with a big finish. Madame Piquant loves summer wines and garden grills. And when at its best it can demote any grilled sausage to a side veg.
